How to book a caravan. - The Bay View owned Caravans.
Presently updated when a deposit is received.
To reserve (& log) a caravan you should phone us with your requirements.
This to firstly check the required caravan is available & not already reserved
It will then be held as 'reserved' for 5 working days to give time to send a completed booking form & the deposit, by Post (or to the house) to us.
Certain weekends we can take payments for reserved bookings in cash at the caravans. (Devon Cliffs or Primrose Valley only)
On

The web site gives all the relevant information available on the
caravans & Holiday Parks, for you to make your choice

this will greatly help in acknowledging receipt of booking form/deposit &
initial receipt of the holiday booking with us.

Postal booking
Print out the relevant 2008 booking form (A4 sheet) after reading the
Ts & Cs. from the web site & complete your details required.
Settings for printing : via Internet Explorer = 'View'
- 'Text Size' - 'Small' ... This ensures correct printing on the A4 sheet.
No printer -
no problem. Write out a letter with all required details (look at a booking
form.)
Send with the
required deposit or full amount (if booking less than 5 weeks prior to
holiday) & entertainment passes (separate) payment, (if required).
A prompt initial receipt will be returned via e-mail.
Initial receipt will be sent
for all booking / deposit's received giving confirmation of Holiday Park &
caravan booked & deposit paid. This with details of final payment details
required
On full payment received the 'Haven' key release form' (combined
holiday receipt) will be sent to you by post which issues the caravan
key & entertainment passes (if required) at the Parks reception on
your arrival. This plus all necessary details required for your valued holiday
with us. Yes its all very easy after years of experience.
